For a simple business website, built by OS Pixel or another provider, after an assessment and agreement on scope. Monthly checks and agreed updates are included; the stated editing time is additional and cannot be carried over. Hosting, domain, third-party services, any initial remedial work, new pages and redesigns are separate. Any work outside the plan is quoted before it starts. Requests are handled on working days, with a timeframe given when accepted. Cancel by email with 30 days’ notice, effective at the end of a month.

What does “ready-to-use” include? +
Website design and implementation within the agreed scope, checks and publication on the agreed hosting platform. You receive the website files and guidance on using it. The domain and third-party services are separate.
What do you need to get started? +
Your objective, text, images and business contact details. Together, we review the content available and what still needs preparing.
When do I pay? +
For a website or tool, I first show you a draft. You then pay the deposit specified in the quote. Once the agreed adjustments are complete and you approve the result, you pay the balance.
How long does it take? +
The timeline is set in the quote based on the project’s size, content availability and feedback needed. A date is agreed before work begins.
What if my needs change? +
Adjustments covered by the package are included. If a new feature or an additional page changes the scope, I propose an extra quote before doing the work.
How does the maintenance agent work? +
You ask it, for example, to replace a photo or update your opening hours. The agent prepares the change on a copy, runs the agreed checks and shows you the result. You approve it before publication. Setup depends on your website and the access you grant it; a basic chat account alone is not enough. We check compatibility before offering the setup.
What do the maintenance subscriptions include? +
Both plans include monthly checks and updates suited to a simple business website, following an assessment. Essentiel at 49 CHF/month adds 30 minutes of small changes; Confort at 79 CHF/month adds one hour. This time cannot be carried over. Websites built by another provider are also welcome. A new feature, an additional page, a redesign or extra time requires a quote. The AI subscription and hosting are separate; no option is activated without your agreement.
